Holiday Inn Tampere – Central Station hotel property has been granted a BREEAM certificate

The British environmental certification system BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the world’s leading responsibility assessment method for buildings, and the most used classification method in Europe. A property that has received the BREEAM certificate meets certain criteria set for an environmentally friendly property and the property has undergone an external audit.

The Holiday Inn Tampere – Central Station hotel property is owned by S-Pankki Toimitila Erikoissijoitusrahasto. The property owner was given a certificate valid for three years “BREEAM International In-Use: Commercial Version 6”, which was awarded according to the system level “Very Good”.

With BREEAM In-Use certification, the property’s technical properties and sustainable maintenance can be continuously and systematically developed. The classification system for existing properties is based on the evaluation list according to the quality audit.
