BIG PARTY OR SMALL INTIMATE WEDDING

Our stunning Hesperia Ballroom for larger parties and the Winter Garden with terrace for the more intimate parties, provide a great setting for your wedding. The wedding is a delicate and unique celebration. Our skillful team will plan a memorable and unique day with you.

The Hesperia Ballroom is perfect for weddings of more than 80 people and the Winter Garden for weddings of less than 80 people. You can choose from a pre-designed wedding package or separate products of your choice from our dinner menus.

NIGHT IN JUNIOR SUITE AS A GIFT FOR A WEDDING COUPLE

We are offering the wedding couple a special night in the Junior Suite room class when more than 60 adults are attending the wedding. The wedding room includes a small surprise, breakfast for two and late check-out.

HESPERIA BALLROOM OR WINTER GARDEN

• The party room is at your disposal from 16:00 to 24:00
• The extension time from 24:00 is 400 € / starting hour. The party can continue until 03:30
• In the party room:
  • table shape round tables
  • white Fabric handles and white LED table candles in lanterns as table decoration
  • voice and video cannon and screen
  • the ability to play background music through audio on your device
• children under 5 free of charge and children aged 5 to 12 at half price when enjoying the same menu as adult guests
• we offer the possibility of a test meal for two people free of charge, the main course of the menu of your choice is tasted in the test meal
• a wedding meeting with the Event Coordinator is arranged separately, you have a two-hour planning meeting at your disposal

WEDDING PARTY PACK €109 / PERSON

The wedding package includes:

• use of the party room from 16:00 to 24:00
• vestibule service
• appetizer of house sparkling wine (12 cl) per guest
• your choice of either a set menu or a buffet
• two glasses of house wine (16 cl) per guest and ice water
• wedding cake from our selection according to your wishes, the wedding cake is selected from the Konditoria PH7 cake selection
• coffee / tea

Optional services are available, such as:

• cocktail pieces to top the occasion with an opening bowl
• chocolates and macarons in addition to the wedding cake as well
• night food and private bar space

Through us you can also order the house’s own Hesperia House Band to entertain your party, 2×45 min sets € 2100 (incl. Sound technology). Festive music from one end to the other, according to your own wishes. Through our partners, it is possible to order e.g. showy floral arrangements and lights to decorate the party space, limousine transport to the wedding ceremony, etc.
