Group booking

The hotel makes a group reservation with the offered price and guarantees the confirmed number of rooms until the day of arrival. The booker must provide the hotel with the roominglist no later than 14 days prior to arrival date. The booking is subject to our standard group terms and conditions.

Room allotment

The hotel allots the required number of rooms for your group and guarantees the availability of these rooms at the price offered. Rooms can be booked until agreed date. The booking is subject to our standard group terms and conditions.

For cancellations exceeding the allowed above or late cancellations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organizer the full rate for the entire period booked. The organizer will be charged the full rate for allotments for the reserved tales unless the booking is cancelled within the confirmed cancellation period. The organizer is also responsible for cancellations made by guests until the liability for cancellations is transferred to the individual guest.

After that individual guests are liable for cancellations/no show.

Rate discount

Rooms and rates offered are subject to availability in the offered room category / categories. The hotel has the right to withdraw the allotment unilaterally.

An individual room booked from the allotment can be cancelled free of charge until 4pm the day before arrival (unless otherwise agreed). In order to confirm the reservation, the booking must be confirmed with valid credit card details.

Booking

Participants book their rooms directly via the internet using the provided booking code. Booking can also be made by telephone or email directly from the hotel. Credit card details are required for all bookings.
