Reservation terms & conditions
On this page, we present the instructions and rules related to the booking conditions. You and the hotel agree on the terms of the room rental. If no special agreement has been drawn up, the following conditions apply. Different rules apply to meetings and group bookings.

ROOM RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
The reservation is considered binding when it is confirmed and you have received a reservation number. This can be done verbally, in writing or through the reservation system. When making a reservation, you must provide the following information: name, address, arrival and departure dates, and payment method. Different prices have different rules, see detailed price information.
A room reservation can only be made by a person over the age of 18. The person booking a room for a minor is responsible for the minor, regardless of whether he stays in the same room or not. The guardian or parent of a minor traveling without a guardian or parent must contact the hotel before the minor is accommodated and fill out the permission certificate below for the minor staying at the hotel. This guarantees that the parent or guardian is aware of the minor staying at the hotel and that he or she is responsible for the minor’s activities in the hotel. Children under the age of 16 cannot stay alone in the hotel.

For security reasons, only staff and people who have checked in to the hotel are allowed into hotel rooms and other reserved spaces.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 12 noon. Later check-out is possible for an additional fee if the booking situation allows. For IHG Rewards members, we offer room handover free of charge until 2 p.m., if the booking situation allows. Confirm the situation when you arrive at the hotel. You can also ask the hotel about the possibility of earlier check-in.
CANCELLATION AND NO-ARRIVAL
Cancellation policies vary depending on the price at which you made your reservation, read the detailed price information carefully. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or different rules apply to the price you have chosen, the cancellation must be made no later than 16:00 local time one day before the arrival date. If you fail to arrive at the hotel or cancel your reservation later than 4:00 p.m., you will have to pay for one day. If the hotel has incurred special expenses due to your reservation, you will also have to compensate them.
HOTEL’S OBLIGATIONS AND YOUR OWN WISHES
If the hotel cannot provide you with a room according to the agreement, you have the right to receive an equivalent or better room in the same hotel or in another hotel of a similar level without extra charge.
Please let us know your wishes when booking to make sure the hotel is prepared. Our hotel rooms are non-smoking. If the smoking ban is not observed, the hotel has the right to charge the customer for possible costs. If you want to bring a pet with you, let us know when you book the room.
PAYING FOR THE ROOM
Certain prices require advance payment. Read the detailed price information. The advance payment paid will be deducted from the final invoice. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation period, the hotel has the right to retain the reservation fee/advance payment. The hotel bill must be paid at the reception, usually upon arrival at the hotel. All our hotels accept the most common payment cards. However, the hotel is not obliged to accept payment cards, checks, coupons or foreign currency, if the hotel itself has not offered to do so.
